Reticular Activating System (RAS)
The RAS decides:

Your RAS responds to:

- Beliefs about what you deserve
Important truth:
- Your RAS does not filter for what you want.
- It filters for what you believe is safe and deserved.

Examples:
- Ease
- Clarity
- Connection
- Confidence
This tells your RAS what to look for.
3. Practice Deserving & Receiving
Say gently (no forcing):
“I am deserving of support, clarity, and opportunity.”
“I allow myself to receive with ease.”
This trains safety — not pressure.
4. Take Aligned Action
Aligned action feels:
- Natural
- Curious
- Calm
- Timely
You don’t force action.
You respond to clarity.
5. Release Attachment
You stay open without demanding a result.
This keeps the field clean.

Daily Focus Statement:
“Today, I choose clarity, ease, and connection.”
Receiving Statement:
