Breaking the Ice
Creating real connections
Starting With "Hello"
Most meaningful connections begin the same way – with curiosity, kindness and a genuine conversation.
Anything is possible the moment we truly begin to listen.
Say Hello
Start a conversation
with a simple "Hello"
The easiest conversations start with genuine friendliness.
You don’t need a clever opener — just be warm and present.
Start with a simple greeting or compliment:
- Hi, how’s your day going?
- Have you been to this [shop/event/cafe] before?
- This place is busy today!
- I love your [jacket/shoes/hair/bag] — where did you get it?
- The weather is great today!
Your goal isn’t to talk about LifeWave yet. Your goal is simply to connect.
People respond to authenticity.
You look like someone who takes good care of themselves
- What’s your secret . . .
- How do you stay so fit?
- Do you have a daily routine . . .
Listen
Listen for an opportunity
To SHare or To not
The most powerful skill in building connections is listening.
People often reveal exactly where LifeWave could help them.
Listen for mentions of:
- Pain or discomfort
- Fatigue or low energy
- Trouble sleeping
- Stress
- Memory or Brain Fog
- Recovering from workouts
- Wanting better health
- Looking to age better
You don’t need to force the conversation.
Just notice when someone naturally shares a challenge or interest.
That’s when you can say something simple.
Ask
Ask curious questions
Related to the conversation
Once the conversation begins, gently guide it with curiosity.
Most people love talking about themselves when someone is genuinely interested.
Great questions to ask:
- What do you do for work?
- What keeps you busy these days?
- What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
- What brought you here today?
Follow their answers with natural curiosity.
Examples:
- That sounds interesting — how did you get into that?
- What do you enjoy most about it?
- That must keep you busy!
The more relaxed the conversation feels, the more natural the opportunity becomes to share.

Share LifeWave

The Golden Rule: Don't Pitch
The goal is conversation —
not convincing
The most successful LifeWave businesses are built through genuine conversations and authentic connections.
When you approach people with curiosity and kindness, opportunities naturally appear.
You don’t need the perfect words.
You simply need the willingness to start a conversation.
Your role is simply to:
- Be friendly
- Be curious
- Listen well
- Share when it’s relevant
Some people will be interested immediately.
Others will remember the conversation later.
Both are valuable.
