Overview

This is not goal setting.

This is identity shifting + neurological alignment.

Instead of chasing results…
we become the version of ourselves who already has them.

This system uses:

  • Your brain’s filtering system (RAS)
  • Your identity center (Default Mode Network)
  • Time-jumping memory activation
  • Present-moment embodiment

STEP 1: Activate the RAS

Your brain has a built-in filter called the

Reticular Activating System (RAS)

Your RAS (Reticular Activating System) is the filter in your brain that decides:

👉 What you notice
👉 What opportunities you see
👉 What feels “possible”

If your RAS is programmed for:

  • Doubt
  • Struggle
  • Inconsistency

…it will literally block opportunities that are right in front of you.

What We Do Instead:

We give the RAS a new command.

Daily Activation (Morning – 2 minutes):

Speak this (or similar):

“I am a powerful leader in The Light.
Opportunities are always finding me.
The right people are drawn to me daily.
My business is expanding with ease.”

Why This Works:

Your RAS begins scanning the world for evidence to match this identity.

STEP 2: Reprogram the Default Mode Network

Your identity system.

The Default Mode Network

Your Default Mode Network (DMN) is the part of your brain that creates your:

  • Self-image
  • Identity
  • “This is just who I am” story

If someone believes:

“I’m not good at sales”
“I don’t know enough people”
…the DMN will keep them stuck in that loop.

What We Do Instead:

We install a new identity FIRST.

Identity Statement:

“I am the kind of person who naturally attracts aligned leaders.
I lead with certainty, calm, and clarity.
I am already successful — I am simply expanding.”

Key Principle:

You don’t build a business to become confident.

You become confident first — and the business reflects it.

STEP 3: The Time Jump Method

Future Memory Activation

This is where everything shifts

Instead of setting goals… you create a memory from the future.

The Practice:

Close your eyes and step into:

  • 6 months from now
  • Your business is thriving
  • Your team is growing
  • You feel calm, certain, abundant

Now ask:

“What do I remember doing that got me here?”

Important Shift:

You are NOT imagining.
You are remembering.

Why This Works:

Your brain does not fully distinguish between:

  • Real memory
  • Vividly imagined experience

So when you “remember the future”:

  • Your RAS starts aligning to it
  • Your DMN updates your identity
  • Your actions become natural, not forced

Daily Prompt:

“I remember consistently reaching out with ease.
I remember sharing from my heart.
I remember people saying yes.”

STEP 4: Embodiment

Pulling it all together.

This is where most people miss it

They visualize… but then go back to stress, doubt and forcing.

The Rule:

You must live your day as the version of you who already has it.

Ask Throughout the Day:

  • “How would the future me think right now?”
  • “How would she respond to this situation?”
  • “What would feel natural for her?”

Example:

Instead of:

“I hope they respond…”

You shift to:

“Of course they’re interested — I bring value.”

This Creates:

  • Calm energy
  • Magnetic presence
  • Effortless action
  • Natural duplication

Daily 4-STEP FLOW (Simple Version)

Only 7-Minutes a Day!

MORNING (5 minutes):

  • Activate RAS (speak identity)
  • Step into future memory
  • Feel it as done

DURING THE DAY:

Embody that version in real time

EVENING REFLECTION (2 minutes):

“What did I do today that matches my future self?”
